COVID 19 Policy

During the COVID outbreak all participants are required to arrive at the course with an appropriate covering for both face and nose as well as a personal bottle of alcohol based hand sanitizer that can be carried on your person.  All participants will be temperature screened and will attest to whether they have symptoms of cough, fever, nausea, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, recent travel, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID, at the start of the course and each day of the course.  Anyone who has any of the above symptoms should not attend.  Please contact us for alternate arrangements.  Any who develops symptoms during the course will be required to leave and alternate arrangements for course completion will be made.

All participants are required to adhere to  good social distancing guidelines when practical and all skill/practical,scenario sessions will be modified best accommodate current CDC and state DOH guidelines.

Course Fees

All course fees are due at least 30 days prior to the course start date.  If you've registered within the 30 day window, course fees are due upon invoice receipt. 

Course Completion

Participants must complete all course work including attending all didactic and practical skills sessions to gain certification.  Occasionally there are extenuating circumstances so please contact us with any questions.

Course Cancellation and Withdrawing from a Course

In rare circumstances we may decide to cancel a course (i.e.very low enrollment).
If we cancel a course you will have the option to move to a different course on our schedule, or request a refund. 

If you cancel from a course prior to 30 days from course start you may request a refund of fees paid or switch to a different date.  Within 30 days of course start, no refund of course fees is available.

The exceptions to this are course cancellations, or participant cancellations, in cases not in our control such as acts of God, civil unrest, required by local, state or federal government authorities or local, state or federal health authorities.  In circumstances not in our control you will be given the option to enroll in the same course on our schedule anytime within the next 12 months from the original start date of your course.  No refunds are available for these exceptions.
