Infection Control Policy
COVID 19 raised everyone's awareness of good infection control procedures. There are other infectious diseases such as seasonal flu, RSV and others, as well as COVID still present. If you feel ill, DO NOT attend your scheduled course. Please contact us and we will make arrangements for another class date for you. You may transfer your full course fee to another class within (1) year of your original class date.
All course fees are due at least 30 days prior to the course start date. If you've registered within the 30 day window, course fees are due upon invoice receipt.
Participants must complete all course work including attending all didactic and practical skills sessions to gain certification. Occasionally there are extenuating circumstances so please contact us with any questions.
Course Cancellation and Withdrawing from a Course
In rare circumstances we may decide to cancel a course (i.e.very low enrollment).
If we cancel a course you will have the option to move to a different course on our schedule, or request a refund.
If you cancel from a course prior to 30 days from course start you may request a refund of fees paid or switch to a different date. Within 30 days of course start, no refund of course fees is available.
The exceptions to this are course cancellations, or participant cancellations, in cases not in our control such as civil unrest, requirement of local, state or federal government authorities or local, state or federal health authorities. In circumstances not in our control you will be given the option to enroll in the same course on our schedule anytime within the next 12 months from the original start date of your course. No refunds are available for these exceptions.
